Cardio Training


Cardiovascular training at Evolutionary Fitness provides an excellent foundation when it comes to exercise, offering benefits in weight control, and endurance.  Cardiovascular exercise simply means that you're involved in an activity that raises your heart rate to a level where you're working, but can still talk (aka, in your Target Heart Rate Zone).

Here's why cardio is so important:

Gym Hours: 24/7, Staff Hours: Monday-Thursday 8 to 1 and 4 to 8, Friday 8 to 1 and 3:30 to 6:30
