SilverSneakers®II: Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Kids Bootcamp: Get those kids off the couch! This class offers a fun, yet structured solution to any adolescent protest.
20/20/20: If variety is what your workout is lacking, then look no further. This three course class will satisfy any athletic craving, consisting of 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of kick boxing.
Cardio Sculpt: Trick your body into the best shape of your life. Adding cardio intervals to this dynamic routine will not only maximize results, but will leave you feeling recharged and energized.
Buns/Core: Dust off those skinny jeans! This class offers a creative blend of tummy toning exercises as well as bun blasting fun.
Strength: Build endurance, stamina and overall strength as our dedicated instructors guide you through a body enhancing journey.
Beginner SPINNING®: If you are a first time SPINNER®, or your pedals have just become a little rusty, this is the class for you. Learn to master stamina building techniques, proper form and visualization exercises.
SPINNING®: Come join us for an exhilarating ride, as our experienced instructors simulate nature's most challenging terrain. Reap all the health benefits of a professional cyclist such as increased energy and maximum calorie burn.
PLUS Class: Regular SPINNING class with a half-hour of both SPINNING & Body Sculpting.
Zumba: Inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, sumba, and merengue music. This class will have you dancing circles around your typical workout routine. With its infectious music and easy to follow dance moves, you will see a total body transformation in no time at all!
